The Veterans Service Officer advises and assists local veterans and their dependents by completing necessary forms and papers for those who need and may be entitled to assistance. The paper work is then forwarded to the North Carolina Division of Veteran Affairs for review and presentation to the US Department of Veteran Affairs.
