Yancey County Department of Social Services New LocationThe Yancey County Department of Social Services is proud to announce the opening of their new location at 320 Pensacola Rd on Monday, 30 January 2012 at 8:30 a.m. The contact numbers will remain the same for Economic/Administrative Services at 828-682-6148; and Children and Family Services at 828-682-2470. The mailing address continues to be PO Box 67, Burnsville, NC 28714. The consolidation will enable DSS to serve the citizens of Yancey County in a more convenient and efficient manner.
