PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Yancey County Board of County Commissioners shall, pursuant to NC Gen. Stat. 153A-40(b) and NC Gen. Stat. 143-318.12(b)(2), hold a special meeting at the following designated place and time:

The meeting will be held at 4:00 o'clock p.m. on Thursday, 12 January 2012, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, at the conclusion of which the meeting will be recessed to reconvene on the following day, Friday, 13 January 2012, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the offices of Donny J. Laws, Yancey County Attorney, for the purposes of attending the Appellate Court Mediated Settlement Conference.
Purpose of Meeting:
To meet with legal counsel regarding preparation for the Appellate Court Mediated Settlement Conference to be held on Friday, 13 January 2011 at the Offices of Donny J. Laws, Yancey County Attorney, in connection with Court of Appeals File Number(s) 09ptc009; 09ptc009,241; and 09ptc009,242 attendance of the mediated settlement conference on the date scheduled. |
